Welcome
My name is Keary Rininger. I am the proud principal of Hickory Elementary.
I encourage parents and family members to become actively involved in our school’s activities. Parents can become involved in our school by volunteering to assist in our classrooms, attending PTO meetings, and assisting during special events and activities. We welcome your support and involvement! My goal is that all of our students reach their full potential in school each year at Hickory and a strong home-school partnership is crucial to achieving this goal.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures
In the event you need to drop off your child in the morning or pick them up in the afternoon, here are our procedures.
School Supply Lists 2024-2025
Make sure your child has all the supplies they need for the 2024-25 school year.
Library
Visit the Hickory Elementary library and learn about the wonderful resources it provides for our students.
Parents

Report An Absence
To Report Your Child's Absence, call or email the Hickory office at (317) 544-6300.
Our new school hours for students are 9:25 am - 4:10 pm. New office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
