A Note from the Principal

Hickory Elementary School opened in 2002. I am excited about all of the great things our students and staff will accomplish this school year!

Our school’s success is a result of a dedicated group of staff members and active and supportive parents. The teachers and staff at Hickory Elementary have dedicated themselves to providing a nurturing, yet challenging learning environment for all children.

As the principal at Hickory Elementary School, I encourage parents and family members to become actively involved in our school’s activities. Parents can become involved in our school by volunteering to assist in our classrooms, attending PTO meetings, and assisting during special events and activities. We welcome your support and involvement! My goal is that all of our students reach their full potential in school each year at Hickory, and a strong home-school partnership is crucial to achieving this goal.
