Hickory Takes the Show on the Road

Hickory Elementary teachers made their first ever Traveling Teachers stop on Thursday, November 16. We visited one of our neighborhoods to hand out snacks, books, and treats to kids. Teachers strengthened relationships with families as they got to know parents even more, played games with the kids, and handed out resources for the adults.
There were lots of smiles and hugs throughout the whole night! Even older siblings were joining in on the fun.
